A commitment to improve the visitor experience, improve oneself, improve our business and our workplace.

The Magic Memories front-line team are hosts. They’re entertainers. They’re the life-blood of our company, backed up by teams of designers, tech support guys, innovators, software developers, performance managers, accounts guru’s and others... many behind the scenes, often unsung heroes who are all committed to making and improving systems and products so our front-line teams can further amplify their visitors' experiences.

When we say ‘worldwide opportunities’ – it’s not just a line to get you interested. If you truly have the x factor, you’ll find yourself amongst many of our team members who have worked at several sites across towns, cities, countries and even crossed hemispheres, amplifying experiences throughout the world. As we expand and grow our business, we are committed to growing our people – the right front-line staff become assistant managers, then site managers and onwards and upwards.

(There’s many, many stories here  - take Dan Gorry for instance, today, he’s our site manager at the Sydney Tower who started working for us at the ski-fields in New Zealand, then assistant managed the Wheel of Hyde Park in London, England and is now surfing every morning in Sydney, or Haley Brown who began taking photographs at the Antarctic Centre in New Zealand and is now our North England territory manager!) Ask the person who gives you an interview – I’ll bet they’ve got a story too!
